Terms of Service

ThueDi is an online marketplace platform that acts as an intermediary connecting renters, property owners, and businesses.

• ThueDi does not own, manage, or directly lease any real estate or assets listed on the platform.
• ThueDi does not participate in rental payments, lease agreement execution, or guarantee the performance of obligations between users.

By accessing, registering an account, or using any feature of ThueDi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the service immediately.

• User: Includes renters, property owners, brokers/agents, and businesses.
• Listing: Rental advertisements for real estate or related services published on the platform.
• User Content: Includes images, text, contact information, reviews, and other content submitted by users.

Users agree that they:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date registration information.
• Will not use the platform for fraudulent activities, money laundering, or any unlawful purposes under Vietnamese law.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their accounts. You must notify ThueDi immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Property owners and brokers represent and warrant that:

• They possess all necessary ownership rights or legal authority to list the property or asset.
• All listing information, including pricing, property size, and actual condition, is accurate and truthful.

ThueDi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, suspend, hide, or remove any listing that appears to violate these Terms, contains misleading information, or fails to comply with community standards, without prior notice.

All deposits, rental payments, and lease agreements are conducted directly between users outside the platform. ThueDi is not responsible for any financial loss, disputes, claims, or liabilities arising from such transactions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Spamming, harassment, intimidation, or threatening other users through the chat or contact systems.
• Using automated tools, bots, crawlers, or similar technologies to collect data from the platform without prior written authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ThueDi shall not be liable for:

• The quality, safety, availability, or legality of any property or asset listed for rent.
• Any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in user-generated content.
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform or services.

All platform designs, source code, logos, trademarks, branding, and original content on ThueDi are the exclusive property of ThueDi and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of the content they submit but grant ThueDi a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable license to use, display, reproduce, and promote such content for the purpose of operating and marketing the platform and its services.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Vietnam for final resolution.
